No statutory consumer withdrawal right for business contracts

The distance-contract withdrawal right under sections 312g and 355 BGB applies to consumers. This consumer right does not apply to the business contracts offered here. Any expressly agreed cancellation or withdrawal right, and other statutory contractual rights, remain unaffected.
